Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais National Park

When one of our closest friends married a Turk, they decided to have the wedding somewhere in-between Turkey and the United States. The bride picked Lisbon and Sintra, and I found a hillside manor home big enough for the entire wedding party on my first search on AirBNB.

The home was built in the 16th century, and has belonged to the same family for over a century now. Part of the photos we have here are the grounds and prep for the wedding. The home, located in the Cascais National Forest, was spectacular, and the city of Lisbon and Sintra even better.
