10,000 square foot buildout at our downtown Detroit building at 601 West Fort Street. This is the new home for Icon Incar, a pretty fabulous Berlin-based company that my friend, and our company’s general counsel, visited last fall in their offices just off the Spreekanal. Icon Incar is a partner company to Icon Mobile, who specialize in the internet of things. You know… refrigerators with touchscreens connected to the internet to order groceries. Their offices in Germany were filled with household products with the most amazing gadgets being designed to fit inside.

Anyway, I’m more than proud to have Icon Incar open a US headquarters in our building in Detroit. I’m proud to have designed and overseen the buildout of this awesome space with our general contractor Woodlake Construction out of Troy, MI.
